What is the language most difficult to learn?

Around the world there are about 2650 different languages ​​over seven thousand dialects. What is the most difficult to learn? A simple question but with a complicated answer.

The most difficult language to learn is Basque, a language speaking parts of northern Spain and southern France, following the Hungarian language where each name can have up to 35 forms.

ARABIC LANGUAGUE...


II. ARABIC LANGUAGE CONSISTS OF 16 CHARACTERS OR LETTERS BECOME SIGNS WITH 28 POINTS (TWO OR THREE) TO BE PUT UP AND DOWN,THEY SOUND AND MEAN DIFFERENT.

III. IT ONLY HAS CONSONANTS, NO VOICE

FOR EXAMPLE:
MOHAMED IS WRITTEN "MHMD"
THAT´S WHY WE CAN WRITE THE WAY I WANT, FOR EXAMPLE:
"MUHAMMAD", "MUHAMED", "MOHAMED", "MOHAMAD" ...
IV. ARAB WORDS HAVE TO BE READ FROM RIGHT TO LEFT BUT THE NUMBERS FROM LEFT TO RIGHT.

V.THE ARAB FIRST THREE LETTERS ARE GREEK AND CAME FROM:
1) ALIF
2) BAA
3) TAA
